1. Bring Back the HOF/HOS
Pros.
1. We get to show off our pretty Graphics.
2. We can learn new things by looking at the Graphics.
3. It has been part of this league for a long time, its history.
Cons.
1. Biggz doesn't stop posting there.
2. Some people may be offended by there GFX being put into the HOS
3. Eielson never really thought of a way to sort out which graphics belong in the HOF/HOS.
How to get the HOS/HOF back.
1. To stop Biggz posting all his graphics there, threaten him with a fine. He can easily just post all his graphics in the showoff section which most of us would be fine with.
2. The head of graphics should ask the submitter for there permission to post there work into the HOS.
3. We pick a couple of "GFX GURUS" and they will decide what graphics are to go in both the HOF and HOS

2. Bring back the Block List
Pros.
1. Less of a biased opinion towards submitters.
2. Less work for graders, if they get blocked. This means it shall be slightly easier.
Cons.
1. A possibility of enemy's being made throughout the league.
2. Less activity around the league.
How to get the Block List back
1. PM your blocked grader to the Head of Graphics, that way enemy's wont be made.
2. If receiving bad grades from more than one person an exemption shall be made. And a second Grader shall be blocked.

3. Have more graphics tournaments
Pros.
1. Activity is encouraged throughout the league.
2. Graphics skills would be improved.
Cons.
1. Graders wouldn't be that involved.
2. There may be some rules to be worked out which would mean more work for the Head Of GFX or the RC.
How we could get GFX tournaments to work.
1. Use them in the off-season. As we currently don't have GFX submissions in the off-season.
2. Find a way we could get graders more involved. We may have to pick a few selected "ELITE GRADERS"
3. We would have to reward all people involved.
1st place = 5 Points
2nd place = 4 Points
3rd Place = 3 Points
All submitters earn 2 Points.

4. Get rid of bad graders.
Pros.
1. It would Eliminate Bad/Biased Grades from the total score.
2. Graphic submitters don't get pissed with "n00bs" grading.
Cons.
1. It would eliminate activity from the league.
How we could fix this.
1. We could use grader applications like we are currently doing, although AYL has not got back to a couple of people i have talked to. So if this doesn't work we could let anyone grade but we could use the graders grades on a scale of some sort, we could "quite down the bad grades" by using this sort of scale.
Elite Graders = Use there Grade 3 times
Average Graders = Use there Grade 2 times
Bad Graders = Use there Grades just once
