With 4 different Pasta Bowl winners in 4 years, many teams have had their time at the top (and others near the top). None of this would be possible without spectacular individual players who make spectacular individual plays. So, each week I will be counting down the best all-time plays for each of the 10 franchises.
The order is decided by career regular season win percentage (Cougars are not included because they just came into the league.)
