I guess Cole won't get any credit if he brings the Bunnies back to the Pasta Bowl because he lucked into Larssen instead of the RT picking him!!!

Set up perfectly? They went 0-12 the season before I joined and 1 player doesnt make or break a team. It isn't just one player. You get AYL handed to you. AYL goes there and then Ty wants to go play with you guys. Night goes and plays with you guys. Then Tye was handed back over because you screwed over your last team.

The trade wasn't simply Tye for me. There was more to it and Manery was ok with it knowing he would be the GM the following season. So dont make it sound like it was a ripoff

And once I was the Firebirds GM, teams dished me first round picks in the S4 draft. 2 of those first round picks were Joel Jones and Tomas Appleby.
I think I've made more decisions that a lot of people will ever give me credit for but that's OK. AYL has been a part of the process and I knew when I drafted him that a lot of credit might go his way. I'm ok with that because I know what I've done.
When you're on my team, you get to see the hard work...even if it doesn't pay off on the field.

Ive been looking for the official trade but can't even find where it was discussed. I know it's in the GM's office somewhere. Anyways....nobody else wanted to GM the Firebirds and Tye was at the end of his rope. Something had to be done.

I also made some bad decisions in who we protected from the expansion draft. We lost a lot of good players. Guys like Adrian Wilson, Eugene Johnson, Alex Swift, Woody Avalon, David Urlacher were killer. but u kept my inactive ass

I lost so many players to expansion so don't even try and say I never had to replace anybody. Plus, hardly anybody has left us that we actually tried to sign back. If anybody has a misleading record it would be you. We should credit you with Simms' record for this year since you left him in such a bad position.

If he didnt make dumb QB mistakes they'd be in that same position? They weren't gonna be amazing but left him with a mix of vet's and good young players(who i guess didnt want to play for simms? not sure but they arent active anymore) I know what I would've done, I sent a PM to Simms detailing my off-season plans so he could understand what I was doing with the team and why I had it set up as I did. He chose to go on his own route. And regardless, even if somehow i couldnt have made them compete(which i know i couldve) its the natural cycle of the league. Look at the Bunnies now. You didnt stick around long enough to get to the veteran turnover point.

You didnt stick around long enough to get to the veteran turnover point. Do they get worse? Yeah. You set your team up to not just get worse, but to fall flat on their faces. You're not fooling anybody. You set that team up to finally win you a championship knowing how bad you were screwing the team's future. That didn't matter to you, though. You were going to leave them anyway.

QB: Brady RB: Move FB: Dorow WR: C Jones WR TE OLB: Vince Hall MLB: Styles OLB: Boss Johnson CB: Sady CB: Brunxa FS: Simms SS: + the #1 Overall Draft Pick Is the team I left him with. For whatever reason Hall Styles and Boss went completely inactive which isn't my fault. You think I couldn't have made competitors out of this team? I'll be honest with you, I planned on entering the draft when I retired. I wanted to keep going through 7 seasons, but the triesome cheating accusations was a huge factor in cutting XY's life short. Also time was an issue(As im starting up tennis next week for college+all the work I gotta do). Believe me, my intentions were to stay as GM. It just didnt work out that way.
